【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversmartensiticchromiumstainlesssteelforgings,forgedbar,andforgingstockforhightemperatureservice.Themechanicalpropertiesaredevelopedbysuitableheattreatment,asindicatedforeachalloy.1.2Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandinSIunits;however,unlessthepurchaseorderorcontractspecifiestheapplicableMspecificationdesignation(SIunits),theinch-poundunitsshallapply.Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththestandard.1.3Supplementaryrequirementsofanoptionalnatureareprovidedforuseattheoptionofthepurchaser.Thesupplementaryrequirementsshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedindividuallybythepurchaserinthepurchaseorderorcontract.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
