【摘要】:GeneralCodingGuidelines8212;TheNetCDFlibrariesaresuppliedtodevelopersassourcecode.Endusersreceivethelibrariesincompiledbinaryformaspartofavendor''sapplication.SomevendorsfoundthatcompilationusingthehugememorymodelunderMicrosoftWindowsonMS-DOSwasneededbecauseofanarraypointerpassingitsboundary.Manyvendorschosetowriteaconversionprogramasastand-aloneDOSapplication,wherebytheconversionprogramusedonlytext-modescreenI/O.SomevendorsarenowusingitintheirMS-Windowsapplications.DeveloperssettingouttowriteaprogramtoconverttheirdatafilestotheChromatographicDataProtocolshouldusetheNetCDFutilitiesncgenandncdump.ApplyingthencgenutilitytotheCHROMSTD.CDLtemplatewillgeneratetheskeletalcodeneededtocreatetheNetCDFfile.TheprogrammercanthenmodifythecodetocreateaprogramthatreadsthenetDCFfilefromanothervendor.AfterdeveloperscreatetheNetCDFfiletheyshouldusethencdumpprogramtogeneratetheASCIIrepresentationofthedatafiles,andexamineittoensurethedataisbeingcorrectlyputintothefile.MakeFilesforNetCDFLibrariesandUtilities8212;Ingeneralthecompilationisstraightforward.ThemakefilesweremodifiedaftertheywerereceivedfromtheUnidataCorporation,becausetheydidnotcompilethefirsttimeonPCs.ThechangesneededtogettheUnidatadistributiontorunonDOSare(1)renamethefileMAKEFILEtoUNIX.MK,and(2)renameMSOFT.MKtoMAKEFILE,andthenrunNMAKE.ThedefaultswitchesintheUnidatadistributionusetheswitchesforthefloatingpointcoprocessorandMicrosoftWindowsoptions.TheprotocolcontainsomecompletemakefileexamplesforMicrosoftCV6.0runningonDOS.TheMicrosoftCV6.0compilermanualshouldbeconsultedfortheexactmeaningofthecompilerandlinkeroptions.TheVMSandSunOScompilationinstructionsareindirectoriesforthoseoperatingsystems.1.1ThisguidecoverstheimplementationoftheChromatographicDataProtocolinanalyticalsoftwareapplications.Implementationofthisprotocolrequires:1.1.1SpecificationE1947,whichcontainsthefullsetofdatadefinitions.Thechromatographicdataprotocolisnotbaseduponanyspecificimplementation;itisdesignedtobeindependentofanyparticularimplementation,sothatimplementationscanchangeastechnologyevolves.Theprotocolisimplementedinstages,tospeeditsacceptancethroughactualuse.1.1.2SpecificationE1947containsafulldescriptionofthecontentsofthedatacommunicationsprotocol,includingtheanalyticalinformationcategorieswithdataelementsandtheirattributesformostaspectsofchromatographictests.1.2TheAnalyticalInformationCategoriesareapracticalconvenienceforbreakingdownthestandardizationprocessintosmaller,moremanageablepieces.Itiseasierfordeveloperstobuildconsensusandproduceworkingsystemsbasedonsmallerinformationsets,withouttheburdenandcomplexityofthehundredsofdataelementscontainedinallthecategories.Thecategoriesalsoassistvendorsandendusersinusingtheguideintheircomputingenvironments.1.3TheNetCDFDataInterchangeSystemisthecontainerusedtocommunicatedatabetweenapplicationsinawaythatisindependentofbothcomputerarchitecturesandend-userapplications.Inessence,itisaspecialtypeofapplicationdesignedfordatainterchange.1.4......
