适用范围
本标准规定了火力发电厂铸造三通、弯头使用A型显示脉冲反射式超声波探伤仪，以探头接触法进行探伤的超声探伤程序、探伤方法、探伤记录和探伤报告等。本标准适用于外径Φ2l9mm以上，顺肩方位曲率半径RA=90mm～130mm，骑肩方位曲率半径RB140mm～180mm，壁厚20mm～80mm的碳钢和低合金钢铸造三通、弯头超声探伤，对于壁厚大于80mm以及其他铸造件超声波探伤可参考应用。
