【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthedimensionsthatareofimportanceformechanicalinterchangeabilityforapreferredrangeofPM-coresmadeofmagneticoxides,themaindimensionsforcoilformerstobeusedwiththesecoresandthelocationsoftheirpinsonamodularprintedwiringgridinrelationtothebaseoutlinesofcores.Italsospecifiestheeffectiveparametervaluestobeusedincalculationsinvolvingthesecores.TheuseofderivedstandardswhichgiveamoredetailedspecificationofcomponentpartswhilststillpermittingcompliancewiththisstandardisdiscussedinannexA.PM-coresaresocalledbecausetheyarederivedfrompot-coresandhavecutoutspermittingtheuseofcoilformerscontainingterminalpinsformountingonamodularprintedwiringboard.Theyaremainlyintendedforuseinpowerapplicationssuchasswitchedmodepowersupplies(SMPS),pulsepowertransformersandbroadbandtransformers.Fortheseapplicationsthepot-coreshapegivestheadvantage,comparedwithothershapes,ofarelativelylargecross-sectionwithcorrespondinglyhighmagneticflux,whichinturnpermitswindingsoffewerturnsforagivenpower,withtheassociatedbenefitsoflowleakageinductanceandself-capacitance.Thesecoresalsoprovidegoodshielding,easymountingandenablepreciseair-gapstobeground.PM-coresarealsoofinterestfornewSMPStechniquesinvolvinghigherpowersatfrequenciesgreaterthan50kHz,since,becausetheypossessrelativelysmallopenings,thestrayfieldlosseswhichincreasewithfrequencyaremuchsmallerthanwithanyE-coretype.ThepresentrangeofPM-corescontainsfivesizes,fourofwhicharesuitableformountingdirectlyonaprintedwiringboardwithasimpleU-boltmounting.Thelocationsofthemountingpinsforthesecoresandtheirnumberingarespecified:theyareatspacingsoftwomodulesandtheirpossiblenumbervariesfrom14to20.Thelargestcoreistooheavyformountingonaprintedwiringboard,andneitherthenumberorlocationofitsterminalpins,whichareusuallylocatedwithinthecut-outofthecore,arespecified.

【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverspolypropylenematerialssuitableforinjectionmoldingandextrusion.Polymersconsistofpolypropylenehomopolymers,polypropylenecopolymers,andpolypropylene-elastomercompoundsproducedwithorwithouttheadditionofimpactmodifiers(ethylene-propylenerubber,polyisobutylenerubber,andbutylrubber,andsoforth),colorants,stabilizers,lubricants,fillers,orreinforcements.Thisspecificationallowsfortheuseofthosepolypropylenematerialsthatcanberecycled,reconstituted,andreground,providedthatthefollowingconditionsaremet:TherequirementsasstatedinthisspecificationandotherISOguidelinespertainingtothesetypesofmaterialsaremet,andThematerialhasnotbeenmodifiedinanywaytoalteritsconformancetofoodcontactregulationsorsimilarrequirements.Theproportionsofrecycled,reconstituted,andregrindmaterialused,aswellasthenatureandtheamountofanycontaminant,cannotbepracticallycoveredinthisspecification.Itistheresponsibilityofthesupplierandbuyerofrecycled,reconstituted,andregrindmaterialstoensurecompliance.Thepropertiesincludedinthisclassificationsystemarethoserequiredtoidentifythecompositionscovered.Theremaybeotherrequirementsnecessarytoidentifyparticularcharacteristicsimportanttospecializedapplications.ThesemaybespecifiedbyusingthesuffixesasgiveninSectionandthoseinClassificationSystemD4000.Thisclassificationsystemandspecificationareintendedtoprovideameansofcallingoutpolypropylenematerialsusedinthefabricationofenditemsorparts.Itisnotintendedfortheselectionofmaterials.Materialselectionshouldbemadebythosehavingexpertiseintheplasticfieldaftercarefulconsiderationofthedesignandtheperformancerequiredofthepart,theenvironmenttowhichitwillbeexposed,thefabricationprocesstobeemployed,thecostsinvolved,andtheinherentpropertiesofthematerialotherthanthosecoveredbythisspecification.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section,ofthisspecification:Thisspecificationdoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisspecificationtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1ThisspecificationissimilartobothISO1873-1andISO1873-2,buttodifferentdegrees.ThisspecificationresemblesISO1873-1intitleonly.Thecontentissignificantlydifferent.ThisspecificationandISO1873-2differinapproachordetail;dataobtainedusingeitheraretechnicallyequivalent.
