【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesprocedurestobeusedfordeterminingtheeffectofvariablesofcomposition,treatment,environment,orotherfactorsinthebleedingofconcrete.Itisalsopermittedtobeusedtodeterminetheconformanceofaproductortreatmentwitharequirementrelatingtoitseffectonbleedingofconcrete.MethodA8212;Forasampleconsolidatedbyroddingonlyandtestedwithoutfurtherdisturbance,thussimulatingconditionsinwhichtheconcrete,afterplacement,isnotsubjectedtointermittentvibration.MethodB8212;Forasampleconsolidatedbyvibrationandtestedwithfurtherintermittentperiodsofvibration,thussimulatingconditionsinwhichconcrete,afterbeingplaced,issubjectedtointermittentvibration.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationoftherelativequantityofmixingwaterthatwillbleedfromasampleoffreshlymixedconcrete.Twotestmethods,thatdifferprimarilyinthedegreeofvibrationtowhichtheconcretesampleissubjected,areincluded.1.2Thetwotestmethodsarenotexpectedtoyieldthesametestresultswhensamplesofconcretefromthesamebatcharetestedbyeachmethod.Whenvariousconcretesaretobecompared,allthetestsmustbeconductedusingthesamemethod,andifthebatchesareofsimilarunitweight,thesamplemassesshallnotdifferbymorethan1kg(2lb).1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.4Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Warning-Freshhydrauliccementitiousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure).
